[mso] Access - Text Field

Please forgive if this question has already been answered. It seems familiar
but I couldn't find anything in my files so here goes?
In Access, I have a text field that is 5 characters.
The value of the field comes from a numeric which be 3.582 or 2.58 or 4.5 or 5
for example.
The result I need to have in the text field is 3.582 or 2.580 or 4.500 or
5.000. That is, I must have a character, a dot and 3 more characters with 0
being the filler character if none exist.
