[msexchange] Permissions on Exchange Public folders

When I double click to see properties on a public folder in Exchange
System Manager on an Exchange 2003 Server, it always prompts me for a
username and password. So I put in my administrator password and it
let's me in to make changes. Does anyone have any ideas what
permissions I need to change to stop from being prompted?

Thanks,

Rich
