[msexchange] Installing Exchange on a second server

Hi all,
Installing Exchange 2000 on the second windows 2000 server in a site, the
installation fails with the error number:0x80072030. The only reference to
this I could find on MS was KB287172. This doesn't appear to be the
problem, however.
Does anyone have any ideas?
