[msexchange] Exchange Contacts

Ok I found out what he is trying to do. He has a personal contact list that he
wants published to the server side on exchange. However when you try to add
memebers to a distribution list it will not show you your personal address
contacts. When you export the file to a csv exchange complians that it is not
the right format. Any ideas?
The exact error message is "This distribution list has reached the maximum size
for your netowrk e-mail server. Only the first 166 of 353 members have been
added." Keep in mind that this list is not based off of users who have nt
accounts, rather they are outside persons who need to added to a DL. Any
thoughts?
