[msexchange] Address Lists

Exchange 2000 OL2K & OLXP

I'm needing to create some address lists that use multiple fields to select
on.  Such as Custom Attribute 2 and 3. In Exchange 5.5 I could just setup an
Address Book View. But in E2K these are LDAP queries and it seems that the
wizard will only let you filter on one field.  What's the trick to filter on
more than one field?
