Would it have something to do with a “Firewall”? Just saying, I really don’t
like the fact that a internet provider “censors” my mail. I like the fact that
I can block or send something to the junk mail folder and
anything else the offender tries to send will go to the junk mail folder.
Almost like 1984 and big brother.

That's the point, they won't be in your junkmail folder. What you aren't
understanding is that some ISP's just simply block mail from lists that they
think are spammers; it doesn't even get into anybody's mail account; it just
doesn't get processed on the AT&T mailserver.
I'm not saying for sure that is what is happening, but since you are subscribed
and the list doesn't show that you are having bouncing problems, that is what
I'm guessing is happening.
