So, more questions. Is she going through a real estate person already? Do you
think she or your sister, whoever is in charge these days of her affairs, would
consider a land contract for the mobile home? And, is there enough property
around the mobile home, to grow a garden? maybe we’ll take a drive out to your
place and scope it out. Fuel prices are getting lower and we’ve been talking
about coming to your place anyway.

Hi Vicky! She is planning to move in the spring, if her mobile home
sells. Yes, it is in our park, right behind me! I think my sister wants
her to move more than she does, but she is feeling less confident about
taking care of herself, at age 91!
By the way, my Sister became a grandma for the first time yesterday! My
nephew and his lovely wife had a 5 pound baby boy named Braeden,
pronounced Brayden!
