I spoke with Tony for about an hour, well, I made, and ate, dinner, while talking. He’s moved into the rehab facility in South Lyon. There he can get PT and OT, which he had today. He said they let him walk actually, into the facility, when theybrought him. So he’s getting his balance and strength back for sure. He likes the staff there, and was upset he will have to travel back to Ann Arbor, tomorrow, or that’s when they want him to, in an ambu car. Both he and Linda have tested negative for covid, and she has been to visit today. But they don’t want her to drive him. In fact, they want her there, driving her own car, separately, only to receive the results of the blood draws they will do on Tony, and wait with him, there, for three hours, to hear and receive those results. So, the rehabfacility wanted and said their county requires 48 hour notice, to drive anyone. So, it probably won’t be until Tony can get a ride. Tony told Linda just to stay home. She really doesn’t have to drive all that way, still not feeling good, and having limited mileage on her vehicle’s lease, just to receive Tony’s blood results. So, now you know most of the conversation we had. But he’s feeling better, and sounds stronger, and just wants to get back to normal. So we all continue to pray for just that. Whatever normal is for Tony.
