Yes, I think the difference between facialvision and echolocation is the 
emanation of clicks that are picked up auditory, whereas, Facial Vision is a 
sensation of nearby objects picked up by the facial nerves.
That is the medically accepted definition in the Stedman's Medical 
Dictionary.

I doubt that echolocation works for the deaf-blind; whereas they do exhibit 
facial vision.
