Even though I get my SSA direct-deposited, the IRS sent me a check through the mail; probably because they didn't know my bank account because when I had to pay taxes a couple years ago, it went through a intermediary bank account because I use a tax preparation software to do my taxes.
Now, hopefully they know you relocated to Michigan and didn't send your check to the twin cities.

This post is for people getting SSI and or SSDI who have not received the stimulus payment via direct deposit yet. I'm still waiting for mine and want to find out who else is waiting.
