Haven't had the latest set of injections yet. Taking pain meds for my back.
I'd rather not but the pain can get pretty bad without 'em. At least I can walk
like a grownup. An old slow grownup. LOL.

Yeah, you can cut the leg off some old sweat pants or pants to put under the
knee brace to keep it from rubbing a sore spot. I had a cat once who had a
sore on her back she wouldn't leave alone. We took an old sock and cut the
bottom off. We cut holes for her front paws and put it on like a shirt. It

The pain meds help some. My back still hurts but at least I can walk and
stand without a cane. I'll get injections on the 17th and will see the
back Doctor on the 24th to discuss surgery for the herniated disk. As I
said before, the disk degeneration won't get better. It will get worse
over time. It's different for everybody. I hope it's a slow process for
me. They're trying stem sell treatment but that cost at least $5000.00 and
that's not covered by medicare of course. It's in the beginning stage so
not sure how much luck they're having with it. So, I'll keep on keepin' on
until my expiration date.
