I have a decent copy which I scanned a long time ago as a text file.
It is not a violation to post it since it is long "out of print".
I will try to put it up in the "files" sectiion on our group website and post a

to it some time early next week.
Due to religious reasons, I can't do it over the weekend; I need to meet my
NCAA and
NFL obligations this time of year.
