Hello everyone. Thanks for the birthday wishes. I’m writing now, because after
a wonderful breakfast this morning, here at home, we’ll be eating t-bone steak
for dinner. Duane says he wants his own this time, so probably won’t eat much
more of anything. I may make a little salad to go with the steak, but it’s
huge, and I can’t eat all that much any more. Lost about 40 pounds and want to
keep it off. Had to buy some chocolate chip ice cream this morning though,
after eating all the snickers ice cream we bought Friday. I know, not on the
diet, but you only turn 62 once. I’ll buckle down this week to prepare to see
the doctor before we make the big move. Take care all, and thanks again for
all the messages, phone calls, and face book postings. Love you all.
