Hi Mark. It sounds like you had a good birthday. That roast beef dinner
sounded good. I’d like to wish you a belated happy birthday. God bless.

Thanks to all who expressed birthday wishes over this past weekend. I got
phone calls, text messages, along with messages from some on Marco Polo as
well. From those I had personal conversations with, i enjoyed our chats and
I appreciate each message from list members as well. The grand kids were
here much of the day, we brought in food from one of our favorite restaurants
in town for a late lunch. I ordered the roast beef dinner which floored me
when I lifted the container, I think it might have weighed close to two
pounds. It was full of the beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn. This
restaurant furnishes generous portions of food, but I think this exceeded the
usual. I decided not to eat the cherry pie dessert until the following day.
I played that wel-known Beatles song for Betsy a year ago, I couldn't think
of anything to share this year. On other notes, definitely saddened to hear
of Eddie's passing, as Mac knows, I met him in Minneapolis on a visit in
2010, and we became good friends very quickly. I have had some paranormal
experiences, but none from the main building considering the 4 years or
thereabouts I spent there. Again, thanks to all for your kind wishes
concerning my birthday.
