Hi all, I thought I would give you another update on my mother‘s
well that the doctors were considering letting her go home so my son my
daughter-in-law and I went up to the hospital to pick her up 10 minutes
before we got there she had blacked out and had almost fallen out of her
chair and all of the nurses ran in as they were looking at her monitor and
her heart stopped they got her back into bed put her back into her hospital
gown and got her heart started again when we got there and she did not look
good. Her coloring was was off she had blue around her lips and her skin
looks shallow and gray. They took the temporary pacemaker out yesterday
morning and they had her sitting up in a chair and eating her meals and she
was doing really well well they called the cardiologist in and he came
rushing in and he ordered them to get her ready they were taking her down
to put in a temporary pacemaker again so th
e
yis the valve is working well but the electrical impulses are not getting
t
ook her down just before we left. What has happened what has happened
down to the lower chambers so they have to put in a pacemaker she goes back
into surgery tomorrow and they are going to put in a permanent pacemaker.
If she does well they said she may come home Saturday or Sunday. We are
keeping our fingers prop crossed. I appreciate all of your thoughts and
prayers as they really help and I certainly do appreciate all of you and
the friendships that we have
