I don't know if it is down or not, but this time of day is often a very busy
one, so that may be the problem. However, we don't keep serial numbers on
the web anyway, so that won't help you. Do you have a demo you're trying to
register? Please let me know your situation and I will be glad to assist

I am trying to get my serial number, and went to the APH website and for
some reason it is down. Does anyone know what may be happening? Any help

I am using slips of paper cut to cheque size as practice, but it keeps
saying that paper size is mismatched. Are there any suggestions?
