I may be wrong, but I think there is a template for an excel financial
calculating sheet available through the Microsoft downloads.
Just go to excell and tell it to search for same and you may find one.
Alternatively, you could also check out the accessible graphing calculator
and see if that's any help.

Hi Pamela,
I use it. However, because we work with real estate notes, I need a calc
that can calculate yields, percentages, payment amounts and the like. Hence
a financial calculator.
