I suspect that the message is NOT from W. R. and that it carries a virus. The
initial attachment is a PDF, which should be safe. However, it then asks you to
download a program to open a "secure message".
I would recommend that we all delete these messages immediately.
If W. R. Is trying to send something, he can send it in the open. This almost
certainly carries a virus and is sent by a hacker.
Stay safe, my list software stops most of these, but this one got by.
