We would like to have auction items there by 5:30 pm on Friday.
The Hospitality Room opens at 6:00 and that’s when the bidding begins.
However, we will take items later if you can’t get there by then.

Fellow Lions,
The State Convention Host Committee would like to remind everyone that a silent
auction to benefit our Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) will be held
at the May 1 (Friday) Hospitality Night.
For this event to be a success, the organizers need your assistance. If you and
your club have an item or items that can be placed in the auction, you will
help raise funds to support Lions service projects.
The latest natural disaster, a 7.9 earthquake, has hit Nepal. LCIF has already
sent a $100,000 grant (Lions Blog,
http://lionsclubs.org/blog/2015/04/25/nepal-earthquake/) to send the strong
message that Lions are serving and support is on the way.
