I had the privilege of of being Council Chairman when PDG Conrad was governor.
He had a infectious smile and great sense of humor. You never knew what he was
up to. Yes he was adamant about "NO WHITE PANTS". He was an asset to the Lions
of Missouri and to our association. Lion Conrad will missed. Thoughts and
prayers to Joann and the Harper family.

I just received word that PDG Conrad Harper of Lamar Lions Club in 26-M6 passed
away this morning. He is survived by his wife, Joann and two children. I will
