The second 2022-2023 Council of Governors Meeting is scheduled to convene at
10:00 a.m. on October 29, 2022, in Jefferson City, MO, at the Knights of
Columbus Hall, 1822 Tanner Bridge Road. A tentative agenda for the meeting
is attached. Hotel accommodations can be made with the Best Western Capital
Plus Inn, 1937 Christy Dr., Jefferson City, by calling 573-635-4175. Make
sure you tell them you are with the Lions. Rooms will be released from our
reserved block on October 5th!
Lunch will be catered at the meeting by LBOMB. A flyer with details is
attached. Be sure to RSVP to the State Office with your wrap preference.
Also attached are details regarding Hospitality night that will be held
Friday, October 28th, at the hotel. A Corn Hole Tournament will be held on
the patio as a fundraiser - so make sure to RSVP to DG Sandy McCann (M3) to
get in the game!
