Annual Meeting Information for June 1-2, 2018
Fellow Lions and Friends:
My apologies if you receive this multiple times. Please share this with
everyone on your Lions email list. I will be sending it to all contacts in my
Lions email, but wanted y'all to see it first and let me know if there are any
glaring errors.
Attached in PDF format is the quarterly board meeting and annual membership
meeting announcement. Just click on the link below to open the PDF file. It
contains the nominations and proposed bylaws changes in the minutes of
committees and the board as provided by secretary CC John Collier. The
tentative meeting agenda is also in the attachment.
Thank you for your prompt response to the request for moving the auction. The
motion passed unanimously, although there are still 4 votes that have not been
cast. For clarity, here is the updated meeting schedule:

April 12-13, 2019 - Lion Leaders Weekend, Hamilton Eye Institute, Memphis, TN
June 7-8, 2019 - Board meeting and annual membership meeting - Hamilton Eye
Institute, Memphis, TN
Please make plans to be present for the meeting on June 1-2 as we will elect
officers, board members and the nominating committee. There are also a few
proposed bylaws changes that need our full attention. Make lunch reservations
by contacting Betty at 888-546-6042 option 3. Also, we'll still be doing ads
in our annual meeting program. We need your reservations and your program ads
no later than May 28.
