Fellow Lions and Friends of Mid-South,
Attached in PDF format is the 2014 Lion Leaders Weekend brochure and club
registration letter. Please pass this on to your club members, as there is no
better way to spend a weekend. Your Lions will get to visit with Lions from
Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee plus many of the world's most
renowned ophthalmologists. All this while you are touring the state-of-the-art
Hamilton Eye Institute.
All it costs is time, your travel expenses and lodging. Perhaps your club
could "sponsor" members to attend by paying some of their expenses. The
benefits to your Lions, your club and to your community cannot be measured. It
is important to the people you serve for someone from your club to attend. It
will bring new enthusiasm to your Lions, and besides it's just a lot of fun.
This year we are limited to the first 100 Lions and guests who make
reservations, so don't delay (like Lions frequently do).
