The auction is coming up soon (12 days). I'm certain that many of you have
accumulated items during the year that you're planning to bring to the auction.
If you could, please email me a list of the items you're bringing and I need
the following information on EACH item:
* A full, detailed description of the item* The donor's information: Donor
name, email address (or physical address) for thank you's* The full RETAIL
value of the item* A photo of the item if possible (obviously I don't need
photos of gift certificates/cards)
This will help us make advance arrangements for the silent and live auctions.

for service. Our waiting list is at 80 right now and growing. Any bid on this
item is a winner and will help Mid-South provide direct care to those in need

HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO BID! Contact me with the item you'd like to bid on, and
give me your maximum bid and someone will bid for you that evening. Or we can
call you when that item is being auctioned, and you can bid along with the live
audience.
