Apparantly someone(s) models two foot (60cm) gauge to fit available track of 
3-1/2".  Scaling to fit existing track appears increasingly common; consider 
the different scales adopted to allow running on LGB-size track.  7/8"=1' is 
the equivalent for that size track.  Charles
