It is news to me. What a pity. A nice guy and also a superb modeller.
The great thing about dealing with him was that one could place total 
reliance on what he said (re deliveries, for example) and the quality of his 
products was as good as any, and better than most.

I've not been around for a while so this might be old news but I heard
the other day that Norman Spink had passed away, departed this station
so to speak.  Apparently Blackgates are taking his business over.
