Rich, was this the same Mr. Steel that wrote the book
on "Model Engineering---"? It was a very good book,
and I think it had a traction engine in it as well as
some other sketches. At the time the book was
published, I think that the plans were available from
MAP, not quite sure as it has been several years since
I had a copy.
