Hi Joshua,
See attached a tweaked and poorly documented function for reading processed BHV
files from neuron.
Due to the characteristics of inertial mocap systems we can go from loading BVH
to dataviz in 4 lines:
[data conn] = mcreadNeuron(‘yourfile.bvh')
animpar = mcplotframe(data, 1);
animpar.conn=conn; % I’ve got a way to extract connection matrix from the BVH
mcplotframe(data, 2000, animpar, 1);
Have fun, see you in Oslo.
All the best
Luiz

Hi all,
Does anyone here have experience in exporting motion data from a Perception
Neuron system for analysis in the MoCap Toolbox? My understanding from
reading forums is the the file may need to be converted a few times to get it
into a .c3d format, as the Axis Neuron software can't export to that format
directly. Anyone have any suggestions?
thanks,
