On the Motif ES, the plug in cards are basically their own separate
synthesizers. You need special editors to edit them, and those don't
talk. John's editors only work with the Motif's own sound engine.

Actually, it isn't even possible to edit those sounds from the Motif ES
panel. Even sighted people must use the computer editors.

Hi all, how accessible are the keyboards when it comes to the editors
by John? Sorry i cant think of his last name. Like on the yamaha motif
es does it provide access to editing the plg cards as well? Or do the
plg cards even have an editor? On the dx 7 card can you edit the dx
patches just like on the dx7? thanks.
