The April 2006 meeting of the Manningham U3A Computer Users Group will be:
*Scanning and OCR*
presented by Barry Klein
on Monday 3 April 2006,
from 12:30pm to 2:00pm in the Function Room.
Barry will talk about scanning documents for conversion to Word format,
and give a demonstration of some software.
If you would like to Barry to answer a question about scanning or OCR,
please reply to this message and include the question in the reply.
All members of U3A, their family and friends are welcome to attend this
meeting.
Special request from the courses committee: There is currently no tutor
available in Term 3 for the class "Internet and email". If anyone is
able to tutor this class, please reply to this message.
