[mmfa_02cap] FINAL COPY- Two More Sections

Here is the final copy for the Medications and Lifestyle Modifications
sections. Sorry for the delay... the hard drive on my computer at home
crashed. Luckily, I had all of my files saved in another location. But I did
not have an Internet connection for a couple of days. It's fixed now, though.
The "Types of Surgery" section is finished as well. I will send it either
later tonight or tomorrow morning.
