Dear All.
After some discussion yesterday lunchtime it was decided that we would try to
hold the annual Christmas lunch at the Swan at Astwood on Thursday the 9th of
December at midday.
I have contacted them and they have taken reservations for 12 people, which
maybe extendable if required.
They were pleased to hear from us at the museum and asked after Dez. They were
shocked to hear of his accident but pleased that he was making progress. Phil
has used his name for the booking, presumably because he is a known and
trustworthy quantity (?).

Unfortunately due to lack of funds in the kitty 🐈⬛ the lunch will have to be
self funded.

Could someone send me Nick’s number and I will give him a ring, as I don’t

Also, if you know anyone else who might not receive emails could you let them

I’m not sure about Dez maybe someone could ask his daughter if he might be able
to make it.
