Save the date! The Michigan SAS Users Group will be holding a 1-day SAS Conference on Thursday, May 29 at the VisTaTech Center at Schoolcraft College in Livonia. Details, registration information and the agenda will be posted on the MSUG website (http://www.misug.org) as they become available.

See you there!

Do you have any experience with fitting zero-inflated Poisson (ZIP) regression models using SAS ? If so, I would like to correspond with you about that. I've encountered a dataset for which that seems needed, and I've not fit such models before. I would like to do so in SAS. That would likely involve Proc GenMod. Thanks for considering my request for guidance. The dependent variable also has substantial overdispersion (i.e., variance is much larger than the mean), which I need to take into account.
