[mirtoolbox] Bug in MFCC and Mel-band spectrum

Dear list,
I am very sorry to inform you that a major bug has been discovered in
the computation of Mel-band spectrum and MFCC. Basically, the
logarithmic transformation was.. missing..
A patch is available at this address:

The patch will be also included in the new version of mirtoolbox,
whose beta version is due next week.
