Hey Bastien, At the end of the configure script, I get the following: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- Summary of MIRA configuration --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- Could not find the tcmalloc library. It is part of the Google perftools library at http://code.google.com/p/google-perftools/downloads/list Please consult the INSTALL file of MIRA for more help on installing it. I clearly installed the amd64 package from the .de debian repo: http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/google-perftools/libgoogle-perf tools0_1.5-1_amd64.deb I configured mira as CFLAGS='-m64' CXXFLAGS='-m64' ./configure --prefix=/home/user --program-suffix=3.2.1.17 --enable-64 --enable-optimisations --with-boost-thread --with-boost-regex --with-tcmalloc Did I do something wrong? ---- George Marselis, systems administrator Building #2, Level 4, room 4327 Computational Bioscience Research Center, KAUST Land: +966-2-808-2944, Mobile: +966-56-321-7713, Skype: project2501a -- You have received this mail because you are subscribed to the mira_talk mailing list.
