Eeeek? That should not be. I'll be on travel the next few days, I'll check
that out when I'm back.

PS: Or ... maybe it is possible. In case the assembly gave to almost
ijdentical contigs ... I'll have to ponder on that. In the mean time, could
you please have a look at one or two contigs that 'fall away' and search for
cues whether they have similar siblings somewhere in the output of the de-
novo?
