Hi,

I have a doubt about the method to select the seed.

I repeated an assembly with the same data and the same parameters and I got a
slightly different
assembly.

Does anybody known if MIRA uses any random function (like rand() or srand() )
to fix the seed to start the kmer overlap between reads?

Thanks in advance,

Cristina
