[mira_talk] TraceFile Info with 454 Assembly

Hi guys,
maybe i have a stuoid qustion, but i am not familiar with assembly etc. and
i don't get the hint why a treceinfo file is needed?
What information does it hold? And how can i get one?
I have qual and fasta sequence files but no traceinfo.
When i cannot compute it on my own, how can i force mira to do assembly
without?
