Hi again,
version 3.9.15 or some version after 3.9.9 have introduced another bug
related to convert_project. The coverage parameter get not parsed
correctly and the following error message is thrown:
ConvPro::checkTypes: Unknown or illegal file type '500' defined as <totype>
The following command line works well with version 3.9.9 but not with
the most recent version:
convert_project -f maf -t fasta -x 500 -y 18 M44_60_sff_out.maf
M44_60_sff_out.500
