[mira_talk] Large contigs in EST assembly

Hi,
I seem to be getting some EST contigs in the region of 1000bp long, the
largest being around 7000bp long.
This an error, or an intended result of miraSearcESTSNPs step 3, with two
strains?
My cDNA library focused on the 3¹ end of the transcripts so I wouldn¹t
expect contigs to be much more than 1000bp at most.
