[minima] si570 range?

I see the cmos version is limited to 10 to 160mhz but the other formats
(cml, lvds, lvpecl) are listed as 10 - 945, 970 - 1134, 1213 - 1417.5 MHz
Of course I'm sure other things would need to change to get the minima
working in all those ranges. I'm just curious how hard it would be to do
that? As a single cheap radio that covers those ranges would be super
amazing.
