Hello 
I did rf386 linear. 
q5 and q6 have a clear signal at the output. 
Modulation out. 
I am using a coaxial between RL-IN and RL-OUT
I'm setting IRF510 150mA current. 
There are 7-8 watt output at 40m. 
But do not be output modulation.
