Hey Niklas
I don’t know of any hardware tuners but I have an ap on my IOS device called
talking tuner from hotPaws. It speaks the note. Example: Note D is 28 Cents
flat.
My only complaint about it is that the volume of voice over sometimes drops
making a bit harder to hear what it is saying. If anyone knows how to fix this
I’d love to know. No, I don’t have auto ducking on.
Other than lowering the volume and keeping the mic away from the speakers I
have no idea about the feedback issue.
Have fun.
Michael

Subject: [freelists-midimag] question regarding tuning devices and feedback
killers or such
Hello,
sorry that i post this in two lists, but I think that could fit into both. I
have two Questions:
1. Are there accessible Tuners as Hardware if possible? I read that Tuners
could not only be usefull for guitars, but for some synths as well, so I search
for a device for that if there is an accessible solution.
2. Are there Feedback killing devices out there wich we can use as well,
so they could help minimizing Feedbacks if i use a mic without headphones,
because I want to hear About my Monitoring Speakers for example? I just have a
Little room here so I ask for such devices.
Thank you in Advance.
Best regards
Niklas
