I have not personally used it, but Mozilla has one which works on win10
and judging on their track record with Firefox, is probably fairly
accessible. I believe it's ten dollars per month.

in Adguard VPN and they put it on GitHub as something which they would do in
the future.
Oh, and there is Mullvad VPN which is accessible as well. Choosing the servers
isn't as intuitive as in SurfShark and Adguard VPN, but it works. It's just a
bit too expensive for my taste.
I tried a free VPn like WinScribe. but it wasn't accessible enough for me. It's
probably better to use a paid VPN because of data privacy. In the end it's
probably a matter of trust, anyway.
