Yep, the Lewitt LCT 440 Pure is one of the best vocal condensers in that price range i've heard and used so far. The 1040 is steadily becoming the new studio favourite for everything voice acting and replacing the Neuman brand, at least over here in Germany. It however is multiple times as expensive :D. So yeah, can recommend it.
