I like the Soundcraft mixers, I have the 22mtk here and I will look into it.
This is too big for my needs on the road but the one you have might be best
because it is smaller and more compact.

I have a Soundcraft mtk12 which has 6 mono inputs (mic or line), 3 stereo
inputs, plus RCA input and USB input. It also acts as a 12 channel audio
interface. I’ve used it both as an audio interface and a live mixer and am
happy with it.

Take a look at the Presonus StudioLive AR series. They are hybrid mixers with
analog controls. I think they will give you what you want. I have one and am
learning how to use it.
