Hi,
In reaper you can select an item and then press alt shift 8 or 9 respectively
to change pitch a semi note.
Actually it can be changed quite a bit before the audio becomes strangely
sounding. 😊

Jaffar, thanks for that. yes I can also do them for her, but I think she is
looking at a solution she can use independently herself long term.
Hi Kevin, yes depends on the software. Something like rx10 you can take it up
or down 8 semitones and still be ok. It also allows fine tune of the formant
which can be applied depending on the type of material. Heavy bass material can
be an issue.
Nicole, thanks for that. I think there are some smart phone apps, but not sure
if they are accessible and would probably only go plus or minus 2 or 3
semitones to be useful.
