Guys,
My wife and I are cutting out to Portugal. To conserve packing space, I’m
hosing a large CD collection in favor of iTunes etc. I’m also selling my now
30 year old stereo which was a beautiful rig because of size and voltage
incompatibility.
When I arrive in Portugal, how will I go about selecting a new stereo,
particularly new speakers, if I don’t have CDs to bring to test at the store.
That’s the way I did it in the past. One would bring CDs or LPs that one would
want to hear on the system purchased. In today’s world, what do I do? Do I
bring my laptop and hope that it can be connected to an amp connected to
speakers etc?
Any thoughts on how to do this would be useful.
Thanks,
Kevin
