There used to be a huge repository of songs on one of the Yahoo group sites a
number of years ago. I don’t know if it is still around. If you Google a bit
though, I’m pretty sure you can find places from which you can download chunks
of tunes in BIAB format.
In fact, from a quick search on Google, here are some places that have tunes in
BIAB format for download:

I belong to a band in a box facebook group. One of the moderators is Joanne.
She has the below site. There are ready made songs at that site. About 200 or
more. Also there are some free files on the group as well. I’ve not downloaded

The only downside to this approach is that the bar numbers don’t seem to be
printed out. So you have to do some careful counting. Maybe a feature request
to PG Music!

Okay, I found the option to save a BIAB song to a text file.
Hit Alt+F and arrow down to “Save Special”.
Hit enter on that to bring up a list of different formats to which the song can
be saved.
Hit enter on the choice “Save Song(s) to text on clipboard or File(s)”.
This brings up a dialog in which you have a number of options that will
determine what parts of the song are saved.
Then you can either have the text automatically copied to the clipboard (and
then you can paste it somewhere yourself) or save it as a text file.
Here is an example of the full output that you can get:
