I don't believe so. I think the scheme is that it goes current
version+ next version, after which it is a paid upgrade. At least I
think that's what I read on the Reaper list when a similar question
was asked awhile back. But I slept since then. Not a good idea; and
then again, not a good idea not to. Can't win. Lol.

There is a new feature of Effect containers that is accessible and
useful to control collections of plugins on a track.
Vitor did a comprehensive tutorial about the containers feature in the
Dropbox for Reaper Access.
There is a feature about Lanes which I need to read more about as well.
